ScheduleHit is a California based company that offers a solution to a common small business problem - scheduling employees. We developed ScheduleHit to solve the scheduling issues with our own family restaurant, which has been in business for several years.

Our family business almost doubled in revenue in 2006, but with this expansion came excessive spending and labor costs. We began to analyze our numbers, and noticed that our restaurant manager, was not as productive as he had been in the past years.

With the increase of new employees, our manager began focusing less of his time on his main duties (coaching employees, ordering, editing menus) and more of his valuable time on getting all the employees scheduled. He was playing a common game of catch-up, trying to solve issues and retain the good workers while trying to educate the new employees on company policies, duties and schedules.

We began creating a software that would organize all the employees in one online community, where they are able to safely view company information, scheduling and employee directories. This software, which has since become ScheduleHit.com, has helped our business regain control of scheduling and employee communication.
